We are currently operating ONLINE offering live classes via Zoom and Facebook Live plus pre-recorded classes on YouTube.
Our club is unique. We cater for those who are new to exercise as well as those who are seasoned fitness fanatics.
Our club offers safe and effective exercise that is suitable for everyone in a fun, relaxed and non-judgemental way.
There are a minimum of FIVE live classes each week plus the option to access at least EIGHT pre-recorded sessions each week.
Our live classes include Aerobics, LBT (Legs, Bums and Tums), HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Hardcore Aerobics.
Our recordings include Dance Fitness, Salsacise, Fitness Pilates, Stretch and Tone, Boxercise plus Aerobics, LBT, HIIT and Hardcore Aerobics.
Adaptations and alternatives are offered so you can work at your own level.
