Classic Members: Five class passes for £40(cash).

Premier 5 Members: £30 (paid by standing order) per month for five classes per month.

Premier 10 Members: £38 (paid by standing order) per month for ten classes per month.

Premier Unlimited Members: £44 (paid by standing order) per month for unlimited classes each month.

Aerobics and Hardcore Aerobics - click here for description

Our aerobics classes are based around traditional aerobics moves. Sometimes we will do an aerobics routine or aerobic circuits or a mix of aerobics and toning. It is a class suitable for all levels of fitness and all abilities.
Hardcore aerobics is faster and more intense - it is NOT suitable for beginners. This is for fitter members who wish to push themselves. The routines are slightly more complicated and the toning moves are harder. Be prepared to sweat!

HIIT - click here for description

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) offers maximum results. You will burn high levels of fat as well as toning up. This class is for people who want to work hard at their own level and don't want to do aerobics/dancing. If you lack co-ordination but want to be in a group exercise setting then this is the class for you.

Dance Fitness - click here for description

This class is for those of you who love to dance. You will be taught choreographed routines to specific tracks that take their influence from all forms of dancing. You will experience elements of Jive, Salsa, Line dancing and Waltz to name a few! This is a group exercise class so still taught in the normal format (standing in lines) so no dance partners are needed! Adaptations and alternatives are given so you can work at your own level no matter what you current fitness level.

Legs, Bums and Tums - click here for description

Legs, Bums and Tums does exactly what it says - it concentrates on working your legs, your bottom and your tummy (abdomen area). This class is an excellent addition to your current fitness regime or can be used as a stand-alone to get you back into exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels as adaptations will be given.

Stretch and Tone - click here for description

This class takes incorporates elements from Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This is a slower and lower impact class. It does require you to get on the floor. If you want to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility and mobility then this is the class for you. This class is run as a course rather than a weekly class on our timetable.
